Refund policy
All products sold by Sprays Games are digital products. No physical items are shipped.
Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, refunds are only available in the circumstances outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The product cannot be delivered due to an issue on our side.
- The product received is significantly different from the product description.
- We are unable to resolve a genuine technical issue relating to your purchase.
If you experience any problems, please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Our support team will always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued where:
- The product has already been successfully delivered.
- You no longer want the product after purchase.
- Your computer does not meet the game's minimum system requirements.
- You purchased the wrong product or edition.
- You failed to read the product description before purchasing.
- You changed, modified or failed to follow the supplied account instructions.
- You attempted to alter account credentials or security settings where prohibited.
